Shipping
You will be glad to know that your order will ship via the USPS the next
business day from when your order was placed. This means that we can deliver:
- To every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses.
- On Saturday
- And residential deliveries have no additional cost.
We use a flat shipping cost structure that does not vary on how much or little you order. Our goal is to make the shipping costs a non issue. Here is the way this looks:
- USPS Media Mail is a flat $3.00
- USPS Priority Mail is a flat $6.00
- USPS Express Mail is a flat $15.00
We do reserve the right to ship orders via FedEx or UPS without customer approval and at no additional cost.
Warranty
Bardin & Marsee Publishing's products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against materials and workmanship defects. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA #).
Products found to be defective will be replaced at our discretion, and Bardin & Marsee Publishing reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. We will not replace product requiring a fee unless approved.
Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will not be replaced.
