Can you write in your products?

Absolutely. We have found that your typical ball point pen works great. If you like to highlight, then pick up a dry highlighter, and you will be all set to highlight to your hearts content. We do not recommend using a gel roller or a pen with a liquid ink.

How can you as a new company give away the short inspirational writings?

That's a great God question. Let me try to explain. To print THE OUTDOOR BIBLE® we had to lay it out on a print plate of a set size. It was our plan to take the extra room and produce a waterproof journal. Very late in the development, we decided against the waterproof journal because the plastic was too smooth to enjoy writing on. 48 hours before the print files were due at the printer, we felt strongly that God was saying that we should find short inspirational writings to fill that space and give them to people at no charge. Anna, in charge of graphic layout, kindly explained to us that these short writings must be already edited and also the exact size to fit in the available print space. So 24 hours later Bobby and Michael returned to Anna with the text for Disappearing Dancer and Sabbath Heart. God is so great! Personally this has been part of a continuing development, in listening to God and trusting Him when we are following, blindly at times. Blind, in this case, being the lack of worldly business logic. Listening, in this case, understanding God ?s greater desire in spreading His love and encouragement to each other. Trusting, in this case, believing success is measured in glorifying God in the work we do and learning as we go.

What are your future plans for your company?

We plan on learning and growing in our ability to operate a publishing company that brings glory to God and encouragement to the world. God has given both of us a heart for experiencing God in his natural creation and we want to continue to publish inspirational writings and scripture that are waterproof, durable, and tear-resistant, as well as keep our eyes, heart, and minds open for God's directing.

Do you consider publishing future books? And what kind?

We are excited and looking forward to publishing more inspirational writings, outdoor journals, and hope to have the opportunities to publish additional translations of the Bible.
